Telluride is Open!

A glorious Turkey Day gave birth to another Ski Season in Telluride. With Lifts 1, 4, 5, and 6 running, there is plenty of room for all to enjoy the slopes. There is snow in the forecast for this weekend, so cross your fingers!

Officially Unofficial

Unofficially, there is Face deep snow on the top of Nine. Unconfirmed reports are saying the pow is already epic and we havent even begun the official ski season. Don't expect more than Misty Maiden on opening day, but lift openings should start falling like domino's in December.

Onward and upward

Now that Blues and Brews is behind us, we can officially start slaving away towards winter. New skis and boards are arriving every day, including K2 and Volkl. Lots of fun new toys to drool over. Start saving now for you new sticks, ski season is only a couple of months off.

Blues & Brews Telluride

The best Fest of the Year is here. Town Park becomes a mecca of craft beers and electric guitars this weekend (Sept 18th-20th). Buy tickets at tellurideblues.com. Telluride wishes summer an unoffical goodby as leaves change all around us and maybe even a little snow on the peaks if your lucky.

First snow of the season

Time to start freaking out in the high country. We woke up this weekend to a solid dusting on the highest peaks around town. Telluride Peak look glorious wioth its new white cap. At Telluride Sports, we have tons of new Volkl, K2 and Salomon skis currently on the wall.
